Beth Sparboe Schnell is the President and CEO of Sparboe Farms. Sparboe, a third generation family business founded in 1954, has farms in several states and produces cage free and traditional eggs. A certified woman-owned business, Sparboe markets eggs and egg products to retail, foodservice and industrial customers. Schnell served on the American Egg Board for twelve years, and was Chairman in 2005 and 2006. She serves on the Marketing Committee of the International Egg Commission headquartered in London, England; and is a Board Member of the Egg Industry Center at Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa. Schnell serves on the Board of Trustees for Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN and has been the Chair of Center National Bank, Litchfield and Plymouth, Minnesota since 2005, and a director since 1985. Schnell resides in Minnesota.
