Roger Deffner is the Vice President of Marketing at National Food Corporation. A Seattle company that opened its doors in 1956 as a small, family-owned egg grading plant, National Food Corporation is now the Northwest's leading producer of both organic and cage-free eggs and also exports shell eggs and egg products to world markets, including Asia. National Food Corporation’s plants are Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Level 3 Certified, earning an “Excellent” rating. Deffner has been a member of the American Egg Board (AEB) since 2008 and was elected Chairman for 2013-2014. Deffner had served on the Executive Committee and previously as the Chairman of the AEB Foodservice & Egg Product Marketing and Industry Programs Committees.
