Researchers from across the U.S. and Canada are invited to submit their innovative ideas for consideration in the 2019 Egg Industry Center (EIC) Grant Award Program. The deadline for pre-proposals is December 16, 2019. Submission details can be found in the Egg Industry Center's Request For Proposal.
The EIC Research Grant Program is open to researchers in various disciplines conducting research consistent with the research priorities established by the Egg Industry Center. This type of research holds the key to providing trusted scientific answers which help ensure a sustainable society where eggs and their high-quality protein remains available for a growing population. The Egg Industry Center is committed to continuing to help the research community provide answers to the U.S. egg industry producers and consumers. Since the beginning of EIC's Grant Program in 2013, they have funded over $1.2 million in egg industry research.
