PEAK is an annual convention focused on on-farm poultry production and is hosted by the Midwest Poultry Federation. Educational tracks for turkeys, egg layers, broilers and processing will take place across all convention days. The event will take place April 11-13th, 2023 in Minneapolis.

Virtual format also offers live Spanish translation. An in-person session of SEA will be held in September.
