The registration process in this link will provide an option to select if you wish to attend the ventilation workshop or stay in the Forum general session. However, for individuals who are ONLY coming for the ventilation workshop from 2:00-5:30 on day one, please use the special Ventilation Workshop registration link.

On-line registration will close on Monday, April 6, 2020. Registration will open on-site at 10:00 a.m. on April 14. On-site registration fees are $250 for Forum and $35 for the workshop, payable by Visa, MasterCard Discover or American Express.
Refunds will be issued for requests received by midnight, March 24, 2020.
