For the first time in its 17-year history, the Egg Industry Center’s flagship educational event, the Egg Industry Issues Forum, will take place in Minnesota! On April 16, 2026, this premier educational event will join forces with PEAK, the largest trade show focused exclusively on U.S. poultry, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This collaboration promises an unmatched opportunity for egg industry professionals to learn, connect, and grow—all under one roof.
“PEAK attendees are eager to learn, and we’re thrilled to bring Egg Forum’s respected programming to PEAK’s vibrant event,” said Brett Ramirez, Interim Director of the Egg Industry Center. “Thanks to the EIC Advisory Board, the Midwest Poultry Federation Board of Directors, and our long-time Egg Forum co-host Hy-Line North America, we’re making this the most accessible and impactful Egg Forum yet.”
Egg Forum will adopt a streamlined format in 2026 to maximize participant's value. This includes an 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. agenda that includes a lunch keynote, afternoon sessions, and a networking break. Registration opens December 3, 2025, as part of PEAK’s online registration process. Simply add Egg Forum to your PEAK registration for $95.
After being hosted in 10 other states, Egg Forum is EGGS-ited to be making its Minnesota debut. By partnering with PEAK, attendees gain access to a trusted educational program while maximizing their time and resources, saving $155 compared to traditional Egg Forum events.
Mark your calendars and book your travel so you don’t miss your opportunity to experience Egg Forum like it has never been done before.
The full agenda will be posted soon.
